Magnapower will provide ancillary equipment for our metal separators if required. These can be incorporated into complete sorting plants to provide a full turnkey solution.
Conveyors
We design and manufacture our own belt conveyors when required as auxiliary equipment to our range of metal separators.
These will include the necessary non-magnetic sections required for the metal separation equipment.
The conveyors will tend to be designed for each application and use high quality parts and are of robust and heavy-duty construction.
Drive motor gearboxes will either be shaft mounted or through a coupling. In some instances, we will use motorised drive pulleys.

Vibratory Feeders
We supply a comprehensive range of vibratory feeders and screens to feed our drum magnets and eddy current separators. These will use either out of balance motor or electro-magnet drive systems.
Anti-vibration mounts will usually be spring type but we will also provide rubber compression (marshmallow) type if required.
Trommel Screens
Magnapower design and manufacture trommel screens for separation plants. These range in size up to 1M diameter and up to 3M long with comprehensive guarding and easy access for screen replacement.
