Magnapower’s high performance Eddy Current Separator sorting ferrous and non ferrous metals from shredded UPVC window frames.
A vibratory feeder spreads the shredded PVC window frame across its full width.
Material then feeds on to a drum magnet which is followed by high performance Eddy Current Separator to remove nonferrous metals.
The benefit of the Magnapower ECS to the customer is a cleaner metal free PVC plastics for processing and the recovery of valuable metals which can be sold.
